Christmas is a time to celebrate and share with our loved ones. In search of an original and meaningful gift, many of us strive to find that detail that moves the container. This year, I decided to take my passion for design and 3D printing one step further and create a personalized gift for my secret friend.

A gift with purpose

Upon learning about my secret friend's tastes, I discovered that we shared the same vision about consumerism and that we both had a great love for animals, especially Pugs. With this information, I was inspired to create a gift that combined my creativity with her passion.

Design and 3D printing

After an extensive online search, I found the perfect 3D model of a Pug. However, bringing this design to real life was not an easy task. 3D printing required several hours and constant adjustments to the printer settings. In the end, I managed to print the different parts of the figure and assemble them carefully.

Post-processing was a crucial stage. Sanding, gluing and painting every detail required patience and precision. Researching the colors and textures of the Pug's coat was an exciting challenge that allowed me to learn a lot about this breed.

To give it an even more special touch, I decided to create a custom mini stained glass window. This piece, which interacts with light, would add a magical element to the gift.

Sustainable packaging

Aware of the importance of sustainability, I decided to use recycled and reusable materials for packaging. A recycled ice cream container served as the base, and the wrapping paper was created with recycled paper and biodegradable adhesives.

A label with history

To tell the story behind the gift, I included a tag that detailed the creation process, from design to packaging. This way, my secret friend could appreciate the effort and dedication I had put into this unique gift.
